poster listing all POCA clinics providing donated treatments with logo of The Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project and images of people's faces and hands against fences We at OSCA know that to address the current immigration travesty we must take action every day.  So this Sunday we are giving out free acupuncture.

On July 1st, OSCA joins POCA clinics around the country to fund raise for undocumented immigrant rights.

Open Space offers acupuncture by donation from 11am-4pm on Sunday, July 1. ALL proceeds benefit The Florence Project. The Florence Project provides free legal and social services to detained adults and unaccompanied children  in Arizona and Texas.

Suggested donation is $20-40 per treatment.

Open Space Community Acupuncture is located in the heart of Union Square, Somerville at 70 Union Sq, Suite 102. Space is limited, so please book appointments online at openspaceacupuncture.com

If you are walking in, instead of making an appointment, please arrive by 3:00pm on Sunday.

We welcome other local businesses to join our fundraiser! Contact us if you would like to be listed here, and tell us how you will make your contribution.

Somerville Sustainable Cleaning, the family run business that donated their services to our clinic for years, has offered to match funds.

Also on July 1, our neighbors at Warehouse XI host Art & Music To Support Children in Detention Centers from 3-9pm. This event includes live music, artwork, photography, and a raffle. $15 at the door includes a raffle ticket, and 100% of the proceeds go to RAICES Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services & Family ReUnification and Bond Fund.

From July 1st to July 8th, Wallace Murry Phone Company, a community phone company that focuses on service instead of retail, will be donating the first month’s payment to Open Space Community Acupuncture’s fundraiser for The Florence Project.

It’s a holiday weekend and a bit slow at OSCA; we hope everyone who can will come out for this event!
Our July 1 acupuncture fundraiser for The Florence Project is on facebook, so tell your friends
