First Visit
Wear loose clothes, (pants that roll up to your knees and sleeves that roll up to your elbows). It’s great to bring a light blanket or scarf. When you arrive, enter the clinic quietly without knocking. Your acupuncturist will meet you inside & get you set up. Allow for about an hour the first visit. Generally, 20 minutes is a good minimum for having the needles in but most people relax and stay for about 45 minutes.
