Spring Workshop for Stress & Irritability
Learn what 5 Element Acupuncture teaches about springtime and anger, and get self-care tools to maximize your health this spring. Led by acupuncturist Daphne Jochnick who is trained in Classical Five Element Acupuncture. This workshop includes instruction on earseeds for detox and stress, with ear seed packets for participants to take home.

Carol Sun, Nirvana Healing Arts, uses Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to facilitate healing. Acupuncturist Daphne Jochnick provides gentle acupuncture with a focus on nervous system reset and over-all healing.
