Chad Brickogas
M.Ac., L.Ac., Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM)
Chad has moved out of town and no longer has regular hours but comes in to hold acupuncture events from time to time. Chad comes from a lineage in which every imbalance is rooted in or carries with it, a psycho/emotional component. After many years of exercise, program design, artistic endeavors and martial arts, he learned how the body stores the things we don’t release and this storage is the source for many issues we encounter. From his experience, he has developed the belief that acupuncture treatments can remove the conscious mine and allow a clearer communication between the subconscious mind and the body. It is this communication that allows for balance and healing.
Chad received his masters in acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where he has taught since 2017.
Following school, he studied under an orthopedic specialist & opened a community acupuncture clinic in Rockaway, Queens . In addition, Chad has 30 years as a NSCA. certified personal trainer, where he incorporates techniques from qi gong, Capoeira Angola, Pilates, yoga, high intensity, and weight training.
